Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, then spray with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips.
- In a separate medium bowl, mash the banana and mix in the wet ingredients except for the coconut oil.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then add the melted coconut oil and chocolate chips, mixing until combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and optionally add more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 20-23 minutes.
- Let cool for 30 minutes to an hour before slicing and enjoy.
