Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter, mixing well.
- If desired, add maple syrup or honey and any other mix-ins.
- Transfer the batter to the lined pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing and serving.
