Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the nut butter, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the oats, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
- Pour the batter into a prepared square baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
