Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly and flattening the top.
- Optionally, press pecan halves on top for decoration.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for at least 1 hour before lifting from the pan and slicing into bars.
- Store any uneaten bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
