Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

The spices

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt

Add-ins

  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pecans

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3. Add milk, applesauce, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla to the bowl and whisk until combined.
