Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, salt, raisins, cranberries, and almonds.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sweetener, and honey over low heat.
- Combine the melted mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it down evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the cooled bars.
- Slice into bars or squares once the chocolate has set.
