Mediterranean Orzo Salad

The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a small pot and cook the orzo according to package instructions.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
- 3. Stir well until everything is combined.
- 4. Adjust seasoning and add extra olive oil or herbs to taste, then serve.
