Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for kefir, buttermilk, or water in a small bowl.
- Whisk together until well mixed.
- For a thicker dip, leave the mixture as is.
- For a thinner dressing, add kefir, buttermilk, or water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
