Instructions
- Soak the beans in water for 1 hour to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking cups.
- Chop the onions, bell pepper, and habanero.
- Blend the onions, beans, bell pepper, and habanero with water until smooth.
- Mix the blended mixture with baked salmon and oils, then season with Maggie and salt.
- Pour the mixture into prepared cups and add pieces of boiled eggs.
- Place the cups in a baking pan and add hot water halfway up the sides.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1½ hours.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
