Instructions
- 1. Pulse together the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- 2. Pulse in the wet ingredients until combined.
- 3. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- 4. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into each muffin cup.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
- 6. Cool the cupcakes and serve.
