Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and almond extract.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Brush the tops with milk or cream and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 24 minutes until lightly browned and a tester comes out clean.
- Serve warm or reheat as needed.
