Instructions
- Combine frozen blueberries, lemon juice, water, and sugar in a pot and heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture simmers.

- Remove from heat and let the mixture sit for several hours or overnight to infuse the sage flavor.
- Strain the mixture to extract the syrup, pressing down on the berries to release juice.
- Combine the blueberry sage syrup with gin and Prosecco in a punch bowl or beverage container.
