Winter Punch

For rosemary simple syrup

water

sugar

tablespoons
fresh rosemary needles
Instructions
- Combine prosecco, citrus juice, and gin in a large bowl.
- Add most of the rosemary syrup and stir well, then taste and adjust sweetness.
- Stir in fresh ginger juice and taste again, adding more if desired.
- Dilute with sparkling water to your liking and stir.
- Serve in a punch bowl with ice and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
