Instructions
- Whisk water and honey in a saucepan, then add raspberries and 5 mint leaves.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to discard solids and chill the raspberry juice.
- Combine the chilled raspberry juice with lime juice and vodka in a pitcher.
- Add remaining mint, basil, and ice, then stir to combine.
- Top with ginger beer and add scoops of raspberry sorbet before serving.
