Ingredients

The juice

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

For serving

  • 4 cubes ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries and mint leaves thoroughly, then squeeze the mint leaves to release their flavor.
  2. Wash the lemon, slice it in half, and squeeze out a tablespoon of juice.
  3. Combine the raspberries, honey, mint, lemon juice, and water in a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
  6. Serve the juice over ice cubes if desired.
