Instructions
- Wash the raspberries and mint leaves thoroughly, then squeeze the mint leaves to release their flavor.
- Wash the lemon, slice it in half, and squeeze out a tablespoon of juice.
- Combine the raspberries, honey, mint, lemon juice, and water in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
- Serve the juice over ice cubes if desired.
