Instructions
- Chill two coupe glasses in the freezer for five minutes.
- Combine basil leaves, gin, blueberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white in a dry cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 20-30 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a basil leaf and/or lemon slice.
