Slow Cooker Honey Teriyaki Chicken

Instructions
- Combine chicken, sake, mirin, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a crockpot.
- Season with black pepper and cook on high for 4 to 4 ½ hours.
- Transfer chicken to a cutting board and shred using two forks.
- Boil the reserved liquid from the crockpot in a small saucepan.
- Mix water and cornstarch, then stir into the boiling sauce until thickened.
- Add shredded chicken back to the pot and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
