Instructions
- Preheat the oven and grease a 9x13-inch cake pan.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add egg whites, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and milk until just combined, then fold in chopped Oreos.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely in the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add cold heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in chopped Oreos into the frosting.
- Frost the cooled cake and pipe any desired decorations.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
