Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the butter and mix until combined.
- Add the granulated and brown sugars, then beat until creamy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until combined, then fold in the white chocolate chips and Oreos.
- Chill the dough for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
