Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, maple syrup, baking soda, melted butter, sea salt, and egg.
- Mix until combined, using a hand mixer or a spoon until the dough is thick.
- Crumble the Oreo cookies and fold them into the dough.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 12-14 cookies on the baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly undercooked; they will firm up as they cool.
