Blood Orange Green Smoothie

ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced + frozen)

frozen pineapple (or sub more banana)

blood oranges, juiced

light coconut milk (carton beverage or canned)

fresh lime juice

big handfuls
fresh or frozen greens (kale + spinach are best)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add more liquid if blending is difficult, or add ice to thicken.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more banana or lime juice.
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
