Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup in a medium pot.
  2. Heat over medium/high, whisking until the spices dissolve and the mixture starts to bubble around the edges.
  3. Remove from heat before boiling and whisk again to distribute the spices.
  4. Discard the ginger and serve immediately.
