Ingredients

  • 2 small pears, unpeeled, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup smooth, natural almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats, gluten-free
  • 1 cup whole raw almonds
  • 1 cup whole raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. Sprinkle diced pears with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and water until smooth.
  4. Add the pears, oats, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a sprayed baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and dried.
  7. Cool and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
