Cranberry Orange Biscotti

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, arrowroot powder, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
- Pulse until well combined.
- Add agave nectar and orange zest, and pulse until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a surface and mix in cranberries and pistachios by hand.
- Shape the dough into two logs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then cool for 1 hour.
- Slice the logs diagonally into ½ inch pieces.
- Spread the slices on a baking sheet and bake at 300°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely to become crispy.
