rotisserie chicken, meat removed and torn into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables and open the can of tomatoes.
- In a large soup pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add onions, garlic, celery, and carrots, cooking for 5 minutes with occasional stirring.
- Add zucchini and seasoning blend, cover and cook for 1 minute.
- Add green beans, cover and cook for another minute.
- Add cabbage and wine, cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and their liquid, crushing them by hand, along with chicken broth, and bring to a fast simmer.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently, covered, until vegetables are tender, about 40 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the rotisserie carcass and add to the soup, stirring to warm through.
- Add remaining olive oil, adjust seasoning, and serve with garnishes.
