Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a 9-inch pie pan, combine all crust ingredients and mix with a fork, then press into a ball and form into the pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and milk.
- Stir in the cheeses, kale, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake until set in the middle and golden brown on top, about 40 to 45 minutes.
