Tahini Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • a pinch sea salt
  • ΒΌ teaspoon freshly grated black pepper
  • to taste smoked paprika (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small dish until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Garnish with smoked paprika if desired.
