Easy Maryland Crab Stuffed Flounder

Ingredients

The fish

  • 4 large Flounder Fillets

The stuffing

  • 8 ounces Crab Meat
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Light Mayo
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Old Bay
  • cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • 1 Juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix together crab meat, mustard, mayo, old bay, egg, and bread crumbs.
  2. Set the crab mix aside and preheat a baking sheet with a thin coating of olive oil in the oven at 400°F.
  3. Dry the flounder fillets with paper towels to prevent steaming.
  4. Once the oven is preheated, place the flounder fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each fillet with ¼ of the crab mixture and spray with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in the oven for 13-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  7. Garnish with parsley and fresh lemon slices before serving.
