Instructions
- Mix together crab meat, mustard, mayo, old bay, egg, and bread crumbs.
- Set the crab mix aside and preheat a baking sheet with a thin coating of olive oil in the oven at 400°F.
- Dry the flounder fillets with paper towels to prevent steaming.
- Once the oven is preheated, place the flounder fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with ¼ of the crab mixture and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for 13-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Garnish with parsley and fresh lemon slices before serving.
