Crockpot Mexican Chicken

Instructions
- Combine pinto beans, salsa, and water in a slow cooker and stir.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture, cover, and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- After about 3 hours, check the mixture, stir, and add more water if necessary, keeping the lid on as much as possible.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in taco seasoning and cream cheese.
- Let the mixture sit for an additional 15-30 minutes before serving.
