Ingredients

Cinnamon Roll Bites

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 5.3 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Vanilla Glaze Dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Optional Traditional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces, rolling them into balls.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  5. Brush the dough balls with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Place the balls in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While cooking, prepare the Greek yogurt glaze by mixing Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  8. Optionally, mix powdered sugar and milk for a traditional glaze to drizzle on the bites.
