Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces, rolling them into balls.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Brush the dough balls with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the balls in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooking, prepare the Greek yogurt glaze by mixing Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Optionally, mix powdered sugar and milk for a traditional glaze to drizzle on the bites.
