Raspberry Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour with Greek yogurt until fully combined, then form into a dough ball.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle (12 inches by 6 inches).
- In a bowl, combine the raspberries and sugar, then spray the dough with cooking spray and cover it with the raspberry mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end and slice it into 12-16 rolls.
- Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool, then prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with water, milk, or yogurt, and drizzle it over the rolls.
