Instructions
- Combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in a stand mixer bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, then mix until a firm ball forms.
- Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling.
- Roll the dough into a 12-inch rectangle and spread the filling over it.
- Roll the dough from the long side into a log and cut it into 8 rounds.
- Place the rounds in a greased pan that fits your air fryer and let them rise for another 35 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F and cook the rolls for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the rolls sit in the air fryer for 5 minutes after cooking.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
