Instructions
- Add the milk, eggs, egg yolk, butter, oil, and vanilla to the bread machine pan.
- Add the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Set the machine to the dough cycle and start it.
- Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it into a 13-inch rectangle.
- Brush the dough with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough from the long side into a log and cut into 12 rounds.
- Place the rounds in the greased baking dish, cover with a damp towel, and let proof for 35 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixer until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make the glaze.
- Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle the glaze on top.
