Instructions
- Add water, milk, honey, flour, yeast, and salt to the bread machine and select the dough cycle.
- Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
- Flour a pastry mat and place the dough on it, dusting with more flour.
- Shape the dough into a ball and roll it into an 8 x 16 inch rectangle.
- Beat the egg and water, then brush the dough with the egg wash.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough from the short side and pinch the ends together, tucking them under.
- Transfer the loaf to the prepared pan and allow it to rise for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brush the top of the dough with the remaining egg wash and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool before slicing.
