Cinnamon Cream Cheese Swirl

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it.
- Mix the cinnamon cream cheese swirl ingredients and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until thick.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan and add two-thirds of the cream cheese mixture, swirling it in.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture, swirling slightly.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture over the loaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until a knife comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
