Homemade Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Instructions
- Prepare the dough by whisking warm water, warm milk, yeast, and 2 Tablespoons of sugar, then let it sit until foamy.
- Add the remaining sugar, butter, 1 cup of flour, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until soft and slightly tacky.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1.5-2 hours.
- Prepare the swirl mixture by combining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Punch down the dough and roll it into an 8x20 inch rectangle.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg white and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and place it seam-side down in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until it rises above the pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and brush the top of the loaf with melted butter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Cool the bread in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
