Instructions

- Add olive oil, salt, and flour, mixing by hand until a soft dough forms.

- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a rectangle.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle over the dough, and roll it up tightly.
- Let the rolled loaves rest briefly before baking.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the loaves sound hollow when tapped.
