Cinnamon Apple Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat granulated sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed.
- Slowly pour in the milk while mixing on low until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Layer half of the apple mixture on top and gently push it into the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining apple mixture, pushing it into the batter.
- Use a knife to swirl the batter in a figure-eight pattern.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before slicing.
