Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- Chop the apples and toss them with the cinnamon sugar mix.
- Beat together the sugar, brown sugar, and oil.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add the milk and combine all wet ingredients.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients in three batches until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the apple cinnamon mixture, reserving a few pieces for decoration if desired.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
