Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two medium loaf pans.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine well.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pans.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (45-50 minutes for medium loaf pans).
- Cool on a wire rack.
