Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast in a bowl and let it sit until dissolved.
- In another bowl, mix butter, honey, sugar, salt, and milk, then microwave until melted.
- Pour the butter mixture into the yeast mixture and stir in the eggs.
- Gradually add flour and raisins, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 6-8 minutes if mixing by hand.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1½ to 2 hours).
- While the dough rises, prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a rectangle.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon filling, and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolls in greased loaf pans and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F to 200°F.
- Remove from the oven, cool on wire racks, slice, and serve.
