Ingredients

The skewers

  • 16 pieces bamboo skewers

The filling

  • 48 pieces grape tomatoes
  • 48 pieces small basil leaves
  • 1 lb fresh mozzarella, cut into 32 1-inch cubes

The dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate the mozzarella in the dressing for about 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella onto the skewers.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a platter and serve.
