One-Pot Barbecue Chicken Mac and Cheese

Instructions
- 1. Boil chicken breasts in a pot covered with water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, then chop and mix with barbecue sauce.
- 2. In the same pot, melt butter and whisk in flour, salt, black pepper, and cayenne for one minute.
- 3. Slowly whisk in milk and then water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Stir in elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 5. Reduce heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted, then add the chicken and barbecue sauce mixture.
- 6. Stir until everything is heated through and serve.
