Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread pastry flour on the countertop.
- Stretch and shape the fresh dough into a circle using your hands, then flatten with a roller.
- Place the shaped dough on a pizza stone.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin until browned.
- In a separate pot, heat the crushed tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and oregano for 5 minutes.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Layer the cooked ground beef over the sauce, then add the shredded cheeses.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and chopped basil.
- Bake the pizza for 18-20 minutes.
