Roasted Broccoli Pasta with Lemon and Feta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and spread them on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning, then toss to coat.
- Roast the broccoli for 20-25 minutes until browned and crispy.
- While the broccoli roasts, boil water and cook the penne pasta for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- Zest the lemon and cut it into wedges.
- Return the drained pasta to the pot and mix in the roasted broccoli, butter, lemon zest, and juice from two lemon wedges.
- Stir until the butter melts, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Top with crumbled feta and serve with extra lemon wedges.
