Instructions
- Blend basil, water, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
- Add avocado flesh, salt, and Parmesan cheese (if using) and blend until creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Spoon over freshly cooked pasta and serve warm.
