Instant Pot Broccoli with an Easy Lemon Butter Sauce

Instructions
- Place the steamer basket in the bottom of the Instant Pot and add broccoli florets and water.
- Cover the Instant Pot with the lid and set the vent to sealing.
- Set to Manual Low Pressure for 0 minutes. If the broccoli is large or very firm, use Manual High Pressure for 0 minutes.
- While the Instant Pot comes to pressure, melt the butter in a separate pan, then stir in lemon juice and salt to make the sauce.
- Once the cook time is up, immediately Quick Release the steam and carefully open the lid.
- If cooked at High Pressure, run cold water over the broccoli to stop cooking. Shake dry and serve warm with lemon butter sauce.
