Instructions
- If using a juicer, add all ingredients to the juicer and press (omit water).
- If not using a juicer, squeeze orange and lemon juice into a blender.
- Add nectarine, apple, ginger, carrots, and optional mint to the blender.
- Top with filtered water and blend until combined, being careful not to over-blend.
- Drape a clean, thin towel over a large mixing bowl and pour the juice and pulp over it.
- Gather the corners of the towel and squeeze to extract the juice, leaving the pulp behind.
- Enjoy the juice fresh or refrigerate leftovers for 2-3 days.
