Coconut Lime Berry Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and coconut.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and buttermilk, alternating between the two, and mix until combined. Stir in lime zest and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the berries with 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of lime juice, then scatter over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
