Instructions
- Preheat the SousVide Supreme to 147°F.
- Season the beef brisket with salt, pepper, and the Fajita and Taco seasonings.
- Vacuum-seal the seasoned brisket.
- Submerge the sealed brisket in the water oven and cook for 48 hours.
- After cooking, remove the brisket and place it in an ice bath for 1 hour.
- Reheat the brisket in the SousVide Supreme set to 140°F for about 30 minutes.
- Heat lard in a large cast iron skillet and sear the brisket on all sides for about 2 minutes each side.
- Slice and serve the brisket.
